The purpose of this project :
Identifying a pain point from user research and building software to solve that pain point.
My contribution :
User research, ideation, wire-framing, product requirements, scheduling sprints, competitive analysis
After 150+ interviews, we learned the following :
Frequent concert goers like to discover new artists and venues but have a hard time doing so.
Similarly local artists need help expanding and maintaining their fanbase.
Our solution :
To create a platform for local artists and local concert goers.
So artists can be discovered and get feedback from their fans.
And local concert goers can browse artists and venues and save them to their calendar.
